Lynette Walsh 

As a National Client Director within Aon, Lynette is responsible for developing and executing on our client experience. Lynette is a Strategic Account Manager and Subject Matter Expert across many of Aon’s clients. Whilst her broking experience is diverse across multiple industries, Lynette’s passion for Not For Profit and Education has led to her becoming co-chair of Aon’s Education Practice Group and a member of our Community Housing leadership group, and a key contributor to Catholic Schools insurance program optimisation over the past 4 years.

In her role, Lynette actively contributes to program design and insurer negotiation, and plays a pivotal role in developing capabilities to align with the sector need – which has included Aon’s respected biennial Independent Schools Risk Report, our monthly webinar series for Board Governance in partnership with GovernWith and Governance Institute of Australia, utilisation of Aon’s CHIP and Risk/View Data & Analytics programs to support negotiation and program design, and development of insurer funded initiatives to improve risk maturity.

A strategic and creative thinker, who is highly analytical, technical and data proficient, Lynette is a key member of our team to ensure we deliver upon, and preferably, exceed expectations, whilst also adding a degree of Education experience unmatched in the industry. Aon’s Education experience spans 50 years and we look after 500+ schools who are afforded with market-leading coverage via Aon’s EduPac facility.
