WALDRONSMITH Management has secured a selection of accommodation options within easy walking distance of the Convention venue.
All room rates noted are based on room only, unless otherwise specified, and are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST.
Convention Venue
Freshly renovated and ideally situated on Broadbeach Island, The Star Grand has 596 luxurious rooms and offers stunning views of the coast and the hinterland. There are award-winning restaurants, lively bars, fitness centre, spa, and a pool to kick back in. With a range of rooms with state-of-the-art technology, The Star Grand is going to be a popular choice, so it’s best to get in early.

Superior Deluxe Room (including breakfast for 2): $339 per room per night

Convention Venue
The Star Residences are resort-style apartments that will ensure you feel right at home. You will have access to a range of amenities including a pool, spa, gym and a yoga and Pilates deck, as well as award winning restaurants and bars.
The Star Residences offer plenty of living space and self-contained options are also available. Some apartments also offer a study option too, meaning that if you need to keep work ticking over in between the networking and Convention sessions, you can do so in comfort.
One Bedroom Apartment with Study $308 per room per night
Also situated within The Star precinct on Broadbeach Island, the Dorsett Gold Coast offers beautifully designed rooms to suit every budget. Located just 700m from Kurrawa Beach and moments away from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, the Dorsett Gold Coast offers award winning dining venues. Some rooms offer panoramic views of the Gold Coast, while the outdoor deck and pool offer the perfect setting for relaxation after a day at the Convention.
If a touch of French
chic is more your style, why not treat yourself to the wonderfully
sophisticated Sofitel. With stunning restaurant options and an array of luxurious
rooms and suites, including the exclusive Opera Suite, you’ll feel well-rested,
as well as well-indulged. The Sofitel is located just over the road from The
Star, in Broadbeach meaning another relaxed commute to the Convention.

- No deposit is required to secure your booking – simply use your credit card to guarantee your reservation, some hotels will charge your credit card 30 days prior to arrival, see below for each hotel’s terms and conditions
- Full pre-payment can still be made by noting this in the ‘Special Requirements’ section when completing your accommodation booking in the online registration form
To secure your accommodation, simply complete the online registration form. A valid credit card number must be provided and will be passed on to the hotel to guarantee your booking. Your credit card will not be charged a deposit at the time of booking or in advance of arrival (unless stated in the terms and conditions for each hotel below). Your accommodation and incidental costs must be settled directly with the hotel on arrival or departure. Please note hotels may apply a surcharge to credit card payments.
Please note the check in time is generally 2:00pm. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, hotels generally recommend booking for the evening before your stay commences. If you are arriving after 6:00pm please note this accordingly.
The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival, so any bookings made after Friday 8 September 2023 will be subject to availability.
Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on the designated date of arrival (no show) will incur penalties. See details below before making your selection.
Any changes to your booking must be made via email to WALDRONSMITH Management – not directly with the hotel.
